Last year I had to grow all my tomatoes in containers and had 32 pots full. I also raised cucumbers, and bell pepper that way too. (We had a septice tank problem and didn't want to use our yard for that)<br>Thank you for the link. If you plan...Krissy here's one for you to try. If you plan to put out some tomatoes in containers on your patio.....this has been known to work, get a bag of potting soil, lay the bag down, cut a slit in the center of it and put your tomato plant in it to grow. Just water it in the bag cut seem and enjoy. Saw this years ago on the Regis and Kathy Show and was amazed how well they grew right out of the bag. Also had a neighbor in GA who grew them, plus green beans in large flower pots and they got a new crop of tomatoes and beans. If you have a private patio with some ground area available, can't imagine your landlord not allowing you to plant some veggies, I'd ask him. You and John have a great day.
