Monday Morning Question:

If you could do something really adventerous for charity, what would it be, where would you do it, and for which charity?

First let me say that I loved the fact that you all sent Monday Morning Questions.  They were so creative!  Then let me say that I realized something about myself.  I was frightened to answer so many of them!  It is so hard for me to reveal some things about myself.  After pouring over questions for about fifteen minutes this morning and trying to think which ones wouldn't be too frightening for me to answer, lol, I decided to just go ahead and ask a question a week, in the order that they were given to me.  So I will ask and answer the first question submitted which comes from Sandra.

If you could do something really adventurous for charity, what would it be, where would you do it, and for which charity?

My answer:  Gee.  I have to give a boring answer.  I am SCARED to do anything adventurous.  So I would have to do boring old volunteer work (which wouldn't be boring to me) for something like an unwed mother's home or for a cancer organization.   

This Week's Hunt

This week's Photo Scavenger Hunt (#21) is not going to be due until Sunday because I am so late in posting the assignment this week.  Let's say we all complete it by Sunday, April 3, at 8 PM EST.  And I am going to make sure I participate this week also.  I have been slack because of sickness but I will get on the ball now.

This week's subject will be to take a photo or photos of your favorite park.  If you don't have a park nearby, take a pic of a place outside that you like to go to to chill out, something naturey.

Sorry Folks.  I have not had a chance to list all the beautiful photos that everyone took last week yet.  And I have not been able to do a Monday Morning Question yet.  You see, John has a flu/bronchitis that just won't go away and I am spending time taking care of him.  But I promise to have a list of all the photos by Tuesday morning because I know how hard you all work on them.  And I promise to have a Monday Morning Question.  Take care you all and I hope you had a great Easter.  Love, Krissy.

This Week's Hunt

This week's Photo Scavenger Hunt (#20) should be completed by Saturday, March 26, at 8 PM EST. 

This week let's take a photo of anything we want.  But let's not use pictures we already have in our files.  Let's take a fresh picture.  This will help us get practice on using our cameras and our imaginations.  What do you think? Monday Morning Question

Monday Morning Question:

If you could go into space for awhile (not too long so that you wouldn't be missing your family, but just a short while), would you do it?

My answer:  Absolutely positively not.  I have never wanted to explore such a frontier.  It gives me the creeps just thinking about it.  I just don't like the unknon I guess, when it comes to the universe especially.  On the other hand John just LOVES it.  He said he would go in a heartbeat.  I was surprised at this answer.  I know he loves everything space but I didn't know he actually wanted to travel in it.  I guess we are going to have to go on separate vacations again - he wanted the safari and I wanted the luxury cruise!  

So there is the space question.  My mother asked me it the other day.  I don't know why it is circling the family, lol.  So what would you like to do, go into space or stay home?

Photo Scavenger Hunt #18

This particular photo challenge ward hard for me.  I had intended to take a photo or two of the sky.  But it the sky never cooperated.  Not only was there no beautiful sunset, there were no blue skies or even ugly gray clouds.  Just white snow falling from the sky.  And when I tried to photograph it it wouldn't show up on my camera.  Oh well.  

So I went indoors and took a picture of my cat looking up.  Or attempted to.  He wasn't cooperting much either but these are the best photos I got, lol.

He's looking up in this one also, but decided to close one eye and do a winky on me when I took the picture!  Oh well!

Well, that's about it.

Monday Morning Question:

What is your favorite restaurant?  What is your favorite meal there?

It's a tough choice between Outback Steakhouse and Red Lobster but I will definately have to go with Red Lobster because my favorite meal in the world is crab legs.  I love any kind of crabs and crab legs.  I usually get a half pound of snow crab legs with a side and salad.  Makes me hungry thinking about it right now.

How about you?  Pick something fancy or pick McDonald's if you want to.  What do you like?
