Monday Morning Question:
What is your favorite restaurant? What is your favorite meal there?
It's a tough choice between Outback Steakhouse and Red Lobster but I will definately have to go with Red Lobster because my favorite meal in the world is crab legs. I love any kind of crabs and crab legs. I usually get a half pound of snow crab legs with a side and salad. Makes me hungry thinking about it right now.
How about you? Pick something fancy or pick McDonald's if you want to. What do you like?

That`s really difficult because we eat out a lot and I can`t choose easily. But there is one place we go to once, maybe twice a year. It`s not far from London, and it`s a `Chef and Brewer` restaurant whose names escapes me at the moment. It`s in a place called Strand-on-the-Green and they serve the best roast beef sandwiches I have ever tasted. Like you said about your snow crabs, I get hungry just thinking about them ! Sandra xxx
ReplyDeleteWe don't eat out alot, so I can't remember the name of my favourite place!! I've only been there a couple of times!
ReplyDeleteIt's a carvery, with usually a choice of turkey, beef or pork, which they carve for you, then you help yourself to veggies and trimmings etc. You can pile as much on your plate as you like, even go back for seconds - though I never have room for seconds ;o)

my favourite place to eat in not a restaurant as such but a pub that does food. It was the first place Mick took me for a meal. I had eaten several times there before but that particular meal was unforgerable. I had steak, chips, mushrooms and onion rings with a glass of wine :).......Jules xxxxxxx

There are too many favorites. I have a favorite Greek restaurant, it's a hole in the wall and I don't even know the name. I have a favorite Italian restaurant, O'Sole Mio, and the owner is from Italy. My favorite Steak Place is Cherokee, a family owned place on the river close to my house. My favorite German place is the Heidelberg in downtown Nashville. My favorite Thai place is Royal Thai in West Nashville. My favorite Mexican restaurant is Casa Fiesta near my work. My favorite fast food restaurant, is Panera Bread company, off of my favorite exit "exit 6" on my way home from work. (My favorite exit also has starbucks and lots of shopping!!!) Too good to select. I also love Cracker Barrell, Chili's and O'Charlies ----just too many to pic.
ReplyDeleteTruth is, I like my own cooking best. When we go out, I like the Main Street Cafe - no frills, just good food. My favorite meal all time is at Red Lobster - Alaskan King Crab legs - I just LOVE them!!!! Penny

I wish we had either one of them around here. I found one I have only ate at 2 times. TGIF.......I had mushroom chicken mushroom.....Delicious !!! We do't have one of them around here either......I have my favorite at each reataurant that we may be out to eat at at the time......Kasey

ReplyDeleteThe best meal I've had in a long time was at the Cape May Cafe at Walt Disney's Beach Club resort. It was a seafood buffet place. They also had pasta dishes, prime rib carving station, rotisserie chicken, BBQ ribs and chicken...mmm. So many choices. It was all fantastic! Here at home it depends on my mood. We have a wonderful Japanese restaurant that does the teppanyaki style cooking and has a great sushi bar (East Tokyo) and we are having that tonight. I love Red Lobster. I love Fridays. I love Outback. I love Macaroni Grill. I love eating out! LOL

I yi yi! So many! First off my body isn't this voluptous because of a thyroid problem, don't tell but I love food! I love the taste I love the texture... it IS my friend! lol
ReplyDeleteOk but anywho, I think I will pick Red Lobster too. Not to be a copycat, but I love seafood! I don't like red meat AT ALL! So Red Lobster is right up my alley!
Ct & I always order the 2 sample platters, then get 2 plates to share. I always end up with food to take home! Yummy!
My favorite restaurant is Texas Roadhouse, not just cause I am obsessed with Texas, but I do like their food and rolls.

Mine is the Lonestar Steakhouse, I also like Outback ... Yum. I LOVE seafood but, I prefer a local restaurant for that.
