I put in this beautiful graphic because it reminded me of Spring. But it is kind of funny. It was about 23 degrees this morning, and right now there is still snow on the ground!
I can't wait for the big thaw! I heard tomorrow would be much warmer though. Maybe in a couple of weeks we can actually go on a picnic.
So, wow, I have been so busy lately. I feel like I will never get caught up. Cleaning, paperwork, everything. Feeling a little overwhemed over here. I will just have to take it one thing at a time.
I wanted to say thank you all for the wonderful support you are giving John and me. I can't begin to tell you how much it means to me. More than you can EVER know. You all mean the world to me. I don't know how to express it, just know that I love you all, and want to say thank you.
I guess I will be short for once, LOL,
Krissy :)
I can`t wait for Spring either Krissy, it`s time the winter went away and let the warmer weather in!

ReplyDeleteOh girl, wish I could send you some heat. It was 82 today and I had the brilliant idea to cook a roast of all days. So the oven was on all day & I had to turn on the A/C because the thermostat in my HEAD is broken. LOL Now I'm huddled up in a quilt because I'm too lazy to turn off the fan I'm laying in front of ... how sad is that. LOL Wishing you warm days, sunny skies and butterflies.
ReplyDeleteLove, Barb
Dear Krissy,
ReplyDeleteI want you to know that I'm keeping you and John in my prayers. I truly understand what you're going through. As I've shared with you, I've been there. I can only tell you that your strong faith will see both of you through this. And I believe that, like Allen and I did, you will see miracles and come even closer to the Lord. None of us know what is going to happen in the next moment, let alone the next weeks, months or years, but do we know it's in God's hands and he holds us close to him, no matter what, no matter where. In this life or in the next one, he loves us and will always be there for us. These are not "rote" words....I believe them because this is what has carried me through these past ten years. He has carried me through. And he is with both of you too. You are both in safe and loving hands.
Your friend, Elsa
What a wonderful way to express your thanks to everyone.
ReplyDeleteI too cannot wait for better weather.
John.

ReplyDeleteI'm hoping the weather will warm up so you can go on a picnic. I love picnics, it's always nice to eat outside in the sunshine! Take things slowly Krissy, no point in rushing about and making yourself ill. Love to both you and John, you're both in my prayers. ReplyDelete85 reponses in your hour of doubt and need should shine a light on the amount of people who love and care for you both. No one will leave you, neither in prayer or thought. Everyone has their own personal built-in expiration date, and He holds the calendar lol so I continue to keep you both in my thoughts, my well-wishes and my most powerful prayers sent top-speed!!
ReplyDeletexoxo Love you both xoxo CATHY

Hi, John and Krissy! This is Jan from "Living with Pulmonary Fibrosis". Just wanted to stop by and say Happy Spring, I hope it gets to you soon. I spent all morning planting a flower garden (about 100 bulbs) with my two, two-yr-old granddaughters! It is already getting mildly warm in Texas! Boy, was that a job but such a blessing also!
ReplyDeleteI am glad to see the blood donors rise also! I can't give blood because of my disease and chemo, but keep up the good work! I am praying for you both, for peace, time, joy and the right choices!
Jan
