waiting for the next ultrasound

Hi.  How are you all?  I'm OK.  I just talked to John, and wanted to let you all know what we knew so far, about what is going on with the mass in his kidney.

John just got off the phone with Mitzi.  She said Dr. Claxton agrees with Dr. Donelan that they should wait three months and then take another ultrasound of John's kidney to see if the mass has grown.

John says he is concerned, but not worried.  At least not at this point.

John says hello to everybody.  :)

Love you all, Krissy

  5.     If both doctors agree to wait, then hopefully it means that neither are worried. Good luck to you both, and as always, you are in my prayers.

  8. Hello to John too !  It doesn't sound as if the doctors are too worried, so I don't think you should be either.   In  3 months anything can happen...hopefully it will just disappear.  That's what I'm praying for !  'On Ya' - ma

  9.  It is always wise to get a second opinion.  Waiting is hard I know.   Best of wishes to both.

  12. Three months is a long time to wait to see if it gets bigger.  What if it does get bigger and by that time the options will be less?  I just hope you do what is right for you guys.  I hope everything works out for the best.  Take care.

  13. There are many people who have these 'typical' kidney lumps... this must look like one (my dad and hubby both have them) otherwise, they wouldn't just wait and see with John.  {{{ Prayers coming ANYWAY!  lol }}}}

    be well,
    Dawn

  14. Well we will just have to pray for Johns kidney and  trust that the Lord will take care of what ever it is and pray tha the doctors know what they are doing. That seems like an awful long time to wait to me but what do i know Im not a doctor!  I hope yoru day was a good one..take care, Denise

  15. Well just ask the Lord to shrink that mass and then there will be nothing there when they take that next ultrasound.  Give John a hug from Linda in Washington state

  17. Krissy,
    I can't believe that John's doctors are taking a wait and see attitude with this.  I wonder what their reasoning is?  Does it ever end for you guys?  I just love your attitude.  Praying that the mass just disappears.  We know that God is faithful.  Hugs, LuAnne

  20. Tell John hi from me and tell him that I am praying for him.  Tell his doctor if he doesn't get on the ball with John that I am going to find him and me and my cane are going to do some work on him.  (giggle).  Hugs.  Tish G.

  21. Infuriating to wait.  But ultimately God is in control.  I'm praying they find it has shrunk!  -  BArbara
