Little Ol' Me

Well, turn about is fair play.  I put a photo of Valerie in my last entry so I figured I would put a photo of myself in this entry.  I absolutely HATE having my picture taken or seen, lol.  But I decided if I would do it to her I would do it to myself, lol. 

I did it because it is nice to see who we are conversing with in J-Land.  I have seen many nice pics of you all, and you have not seen a pic of me yet.  This one was taken about a year ago, but that is as good as you are going to get, because like I said, I don't allow people to take my picture, lol.

Well, I need to get off of here, it is thunderstorming.

    YAY, my Krissy is on the screen!!  just above me and Chelsea!  To be recorded for all time!!  Love that wonderful face full of spirit and love!!  I remember what I asked you when I took that picture!!  It was a fun moment!!  Love you!

    Pictures are memories for when we get old and can't remember anything!!...I don't like pictures much either, but I let people take them and want pics of me and my kids for the future...So, when I'm not here anymore people will still have a memory and a face to put with it...

    I hate photos of me as well.  Not when I was younger, but hate having them taken now.  But it is great to see the people you are in touch with.

    I can't tell you how much alike we are in that regard.  Whenever anyone did snap a pic of me... I TORE it up as soon as I could.  I"M SO OVERWEIGHT and it depresses me... BUT, my son once said to me... "Mama, I'm going to have kids some day.  I'd like them to be able to see pics of you and know what the 'Mama' I knew looked like.  Give me the chance to do that."  
    So, now... I grin and bear it!

    Besides, you're a lovely lady... You have nothing to worry about.  Wonderful picture of you!
