They are all very good ! I was a bit busy last week and I`ll be out of action for the next couple of weeks due to arm surgery. But I`ll keep reading your journal and looking at the scavenger photos... Sandra x
Sensational responses. I was awed. So many forms and such beautiful glass objects. Your own, Krissy, of the hobnail glasses brought many memories back.My grandmother was an antque collector and took ten year old Charles on her antiquing expeditions. Hobnail glass was a favorite item we browsed As a kid I knew every antique store on Los Feliz blvd in Glendale, the antique center of Los Angeles area. I could tell real Wedgewood Pottery from recreations. I knew antique glass goblets from recreations by the pontle marks. My special favorite was a Liberty Bell Centennial goblet dated 1876. It is still in the family, and now is 129 years old. Sorry I could not include a picture of it. It is at ex-wife's house.
I asked the readers of SIT what the most unique item was in their purse or wallet. The answers are listed below. Now we'll find the most unique answer among everyone! Please choose ONE answer, and don't choose your OWN! All can play!
Hi, I'm Krissy. I'm just your average girl. I love blogging, Twitter, almost all Social Media, digital photography, fundraising to fight cancer, designing and making jewelry, watching Claymation Christmas specials -- just working hard and playing hard! I also love my husband John, and maine coon cat Michael. But most of all I love Jesus...
