check it out!

Hi you all.  I am just getting on here to encourage you to check out a new journal.  It is, well, John's.  Take a look...

    Hi sweetie, Sorry I haven't been by much. I get too far behind and then I kind of throw my hands up in the air. You know??I'm so far behind there is no way to catch up. Hope you're doing well. I want my DR to check if i might hav a sleeping disorder but they want to get my diabetes under control & give my heart the once over (IT's OK). Anyway wanted to say hello. Try to get around more, hon.
