Val's Biopoem

My sister Val asked me to post this biopoem in my journal that she wrote about herself. Her computer is not working too well right now, and she can't post it in her own journal.

Valerie
Animated, emphatic, joyful and creative
Who lives at a snail's pace
Sister of Jesus and Daughter of God
Who needs affirmation, marvels at creation
and is thankful for each new day.
Lover of words, her family, truth
Who fears cancer, rejection, the unknown
Who needs stillness, gentle words, hope
Who gives her heart too easily, her ear when needed
and a smile freely.
Who would like to be worry-free, a better world for
my children and to get a hug from God.
Resident of a quiet sanctuary
Violet

And here is a biopoem I wrote about John:

John
Serious, loving, quiet, highly principled
Son of Ed and Kathy
Who is always trying to better himself,
is amazingly courageous, never gives up hope
Lover of God, Star Trek reruns, classical music
Who fears tornadoes, nightmares, but not much else
Who needs Krissy and Michael, hope for the future,
a bone marrow transplant
Who gives his all for his wife, help to all who need him,
and a beautiful witness
Who would like to live a long life, try haggis,
see Antarctica
Resident of the Universe
John

  5. The biopoems are personal, uplifting, and contain spoken optimism throughout.  In Val's a bit of adversity concerning her willingness to accept others without careful truth searching.   Krissy's about John shows extreme optimistic feeling of hope and joy.  Highly principled shows a special trait of character.  Excellent biopoems by both of you.   Take care, and God bless, mark

  6. Krissy my friend, I think of you often and the stress you and John are under. If only I could do something, anything for you both.  I love the biopoems of your soster Val.  She would be fun to meet.    The one for John made me smile because he is like I thought he would be.  Tell him I am scared of Tornados to.  I lived in Tornado Alley for a long time.   My prayers and thoughts are with you
