It's time for the Monday Morning Question. I mean it is past time. It is more like the Monday Evening Question. Sorry folks, I have been away for a couple of days and the question completely slipped my mind! I was on my way back home tonight when I realized what day it was! So here is the question late. It is a pretty personal one:
Monday Morning Question:
What protest march might somebody spot you at?
My answer: This is an easy one for me. It would have to be a march protesting abortion. I have participated in a lot of pro-life marches in the past.
What is your answer? Would somebody be likely to see you at a "Save The Manatees Protest"? "Mothers Against Drunk Drivers"? Reveal your cause!
Hmmm, definitely a protest that involved burning bras, haven't been to one of those in awhile!
ReplyDeleteAbortion as well!

Oh, you didn't use the jell-o one, lol. Good question! Pro-Life is a very good cause! I would be at one of those as well! Or possibly any Christian cause for any downtrodden. Feed The Homeless....Give The Elderly Back Their Medicine....The I Love Jesus March (Hands Across America), etc. ~Val I guess these aren't all protests, but I don't protest too much. I guess I should.

Dear Krissy, Dr William's copy of the neurosurgeon's post-operative report for Valerie's v/a shunt stated that the shunt was progammable albeit the surgeon had told you and Valerie that it was not programmable according to what you guys told me. The people at JHH are to have a meeting with all concerned and get get back to us with an explanation. The c should be more complicated to justify than our envolvement in Iraq. I would like to attend or be in a parade opposing our continuing mess-up in Iraq. Vote for Kerry. Love, Dad. . .
ReplyDeleteTo Chelle - there really WAS a "million mom march" LOL. But I'd have to say abortion, too. There are lots of causes I feel strongly about, but I am not much of a marcher (or walker for that matter). LOL ;-) -B
ReplyDeleteYou would most likely see me at a march for peace. After that, I would most likely be seen at a march against pornography (it degrades women) and a march for protecting children from abuse.

there are loads and loads I would support but one of my big ones would be against racism. I believe we are all equal in this world and deserve to be treated equally. Our outer layer, our skin doesn't count. If we were all the same the world would be boring. Inside we are all humans with feelings and emotions. Nobody deserves to be persecuted for the colour of their skin. Sorry for rambling...........Jules xx
