monday morning question

Are you tired of this winter weather?  Also, what is your favorite season?

My answer:

Yes, I am very tired of it.  We have been having snow and windchills of 20 below zero.

My favorite season is Spring!

  7. I like something about all the seasons.  It seems that Spring doesn't last long enough.  My favorite day of all might be when you can open your windows after a very long winter and have the Spring air permeate through the home.  That is delectable!  But I think my overall favorite might be Fall which is a respite from the heat of Summer which I hate more than the cold of Winter - although Winter is catching up rapidly!  Love, Val xox

  10. Wonderful question to ask... I live in MN.. we just got the worse snow storm of the year I hear possibly in the last 5 or so years.  The snow is half way up my patio door and up to my bedroom windows.  And there is more on it's way.
So am I sick of winter YES YES YES! I do not like winter, snow and MN.

I love spring the best... spring cleaning... spring air not too hot not too cold!

    Missed you!

  14. I don't mind the snow here in Utah but hate to be cold.  I think Spring time is my favorite time because everything is new.  But when summer comes then it is my favorite time........and the wonder of the Fall is so beautiful.       Myke

  15. I also love Spring.  I love anticipating Spring as Winter loosens its grip on Kansas. I love it being Spring.  During Winter's worst days I dream of Spring lol.  During Summer's heat and humidity (it's Kansas here all year lol), I try to remember that the heat will pass and it will be Spring again next year.
    loving you

  16. I love winter--but then again --it doesn't snow here.
I don't mind winter except for driving in the rain--but it rains in every season here.
    San Francisco doesn't have seasons---so I guess I don't have a favorite one.

  17. Ah, Sunday was full of beautiful fluffy great to play in, snow!  :)   Finally.  Almost half a foots worth.   Then drizzling freezing rain.  I don't want that.   I wanted my "real" snow fix.  If that's all we'll have, then Spring can start coming.......  My favorite season is fall (when I was born).  My daughter's favorite is summer (when she was born).   Wonder if sometimes we learn to love the season of our birth?  -- Robin   http://journals.aol.com/ceilisundancer/RandomThreads/

  18. I can't say I'm tired of it.  I think the snow is pretty, and really don't mind the cold.  Plus, before we know it, we'll be griping about the heat of summer...so it comes down to pick your poison.  In any season, are we ever perfectly happy with the weather?  Maybe a few days a year...

I don't have a particular favourite.  I take each season as it comes and get the most out of it while it's here!!!
Horray for changing seasons in a temperate climate!!!

  19. I am very tired of it!  We live in Iowa and we have had 12 inches of snow after freezing rain last weekend. Many entire towns without power.  Now we have another foot of snow coming but first must get our "ratiion" of freezing rain. We had a good winter, earlier, shoulda known we'd pay for it.  February has been AWFUL and March is coming in like a lion.  FAVORITE SEASON: Fall, but then spring, and even summer - anything but winter.  merry1621

  23. MY FAV SEASON WOULD HAVE TO BE ........ THE FALL. I LOVE THE LOOK OF THE WORLD AT THAT TIME OF YEAR. THE COLOR OF THE CHANGING LEAVES, ETC. I LOVE THE FALL. BY THEN YOU'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THE DOGG DAYS OF SUMMER AND ARE LUSTING FOR A COLD CRISP WINTER DAY. FILLED WITH THE FRESH CLEAN WHITE SNOW. I'M A MIDWESTERNER, OF COURSE AND I LOVE THE CHANGING OF THE SEASONS AT ANY POINT.
