away in a manger, it has the true christmas story in it and reminds me of my childhood christmases :).........Jules xxx http://journals.aol.co.uk/jules19642001/Itsmylife/
This is very hard as I love Christmas songs. I think that it is hard to pick just one. I do love "Do You Here What I Here" and "The Little Drummer Boy", but then when I think about it I could think of two or three more, so hard! Great question, my lovely!
Hmm. Tough one. I love to sing Hark the Herald Angels Sing...It Came Upon a Midnight Clear is a good one too. I love Carol of the Bells too... AAAAH! I can't pick!
Mary, did you know? sung by Kenny Rogers and someone else that I can't remember her name and Christmas Carol by Skip Ewing top my list along with Let it Snow Vickey http://journals.aol.com/hopelessBlondie/VictoriasJournal
My favorite Christmas Carol is Greensleeves! I used to play it on my Cello. It is a very pretty and complex Victorian piece to play and sing. I enjoy that catchy tune by George Michael...something about "last Christmas I gave you my heart...the very next day you gave it away...but this year...to give me some cheer...I'm givin' it to somebody special...." Adam Sandler's three renditions of "The Hannukah Song" is a hilarious favorite. So "Go Tell It On the Mountain." '
Oh Come all ye Faithful is my favourite carol because I love to sing at the top of voice, mind you I make sure I`m alone at the time, I couldn`t inflict my singing on others !!! Sandra x
"Oh Holy Night" is one of my favorited, but I found it very hard choosing - I can listen to them for hours! What's more enjoyable that hearing wonderful songs that celebrate such an Event? Wow! Blessings, Penny
Winter Wonderland. Like the melody first and the words second. Not strictly Christmas, just winter, but, hey, you hear it when they play Christmas music. "We'll build a snowman and make believe it's parson Brown. He'll say' 'Are you married?" We'll say, 'No, Man, but you can do the job when you're in town." You can't beat clever lyrics like that.

I love blogging, Twitter, almost all Social Media, digital photography, fundraising to fight cancer, designing and making jewelry, watching Claymation Christmas specials -- just working hard and playing hard! I also love my husband John, and maine coon cat Michael. But most of all I love Jesus...
