I'm glad you all are enjoying the JLand Photo Shoot. Thanks to everyone who is participating. I know you all are having as much fun viewing each other's photographs as I am.
I was wondering if you could help me with something. I'm looking for subjects for the photo shoot. I thought I'd ask you all, as this is your photo shoot.
Can you give me a suggestion for a subject for a photo shoot?
If everybody gives just one suggestion, we'll have quite a few!
This is your chance to have your input!
If your suggestion is used, you'll get credit for it. I'll post a link back to your journal.
So, what would you like to see as a subject in an upcoming JLand Photo Shoot?
Nice journal! I just thought I would stop by and say hello. Have a good weekend.

Tough one Krissy, will give it some thought.
ReplyDeleteHere is my input for the JLand Phot Shoot. How about politics? Like if you would see a sign in your neighborhood who supports any candidates that is running for president this year. You could also give your input of what you think of this particular candidate. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteSamantha
Previous comment would let me out, no political posters around here. How about a favourite piece of jewellery, something that means a lot to you. Could be a necklace or a brooch. Just a thought. That is something most of us would have.
ReplyDeleteWhat about....smiles. Pictures of smiles.... people can get creative with that one....
ReplyDelete~Amy
love, romance, seasons, silly, scary....
ReplyDeleteplease no politics I see more then enough on the news.

Windows...you can interpet it anyway you wish, Windows to the soul, actual windows, a view from a window you see all the time....(Hugs) Indigo
ReplyDeleteDon't know if you've done it before, but I'd love to see a photo of everyone's desk or whatever spot they use when they sit down to journal.
ReplyDeleteMartha ~

ReplyDeleteSubjects: At night, House Pets
ReplyDeleteI think you did this before Krissy, but what brings people joy/happiness
ReplyDeletebetty
Krissy ... how about a theme of 'off kilter' or maybe 'out of balance'? Or a picture of 'the one that got away' ... you know the shots that we all take in which the subject moves away just as you are snapping?
ReplyDeleteJust a thought. Thanks for asking us!
I love the desk where you journal at. How about....
ReplyDeleteIn Love, or love in general
Front door
clouds
closest church or church in general

Love
ReplyDeleteHmm I'm not really sure what's been done in the past, but what about somethings like just a simple word...
ReplyDelete-Treasured
-Cherished
-Enamored
-Hatred
-Lust
-Love
-Tension
-Anxiety
-Anticipation
People could use them how they see fit, and use their imaginations. :)
~Tiffany S.
Russ posted his and I thought that is a great idea...post your high school senior picture!
ReplyDeleteGem :-)
How about baby pictures? I would use my grandson & could actually participate for a change in this great fun hunt...but other people could use their kid's pictures or pictures of themselves as babies. I didn't look down, to see if this was already mentioned. But that's my suggestion. Love you, Merry
ReplyDeleteSomething to do with Nature... Or the Four Seasons would inspire me. Or bodis of water or streams.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of a view from a window which someone suggested below.

Not sure what this photo shoot thing is, but hopefully I'll have everything in order to participate! I'm assuming it's like the photo scavenger hunt.
ReplyDeleteMy subject suggestion?
doors. Any kind of creating fun door.
-Kellen
I do! I do! It would be candid, observation photos of old women with young children - Gandmas with Grandbabies or Aunties with little ones.....the contrast....especially if you can get them at the park or in the grocery store!
ReplyDeleteDid I ever send you an e-mail with some suggestions? Looks like you should get plenty ... the more heads thinking about it the bigger the selection.
ReplyDeleteMonica
How about life's little treasure? entrepret your own view on what's precious in your life right now.
ReplyDeleteThe photo of the plane is for The Machine challenge, not disastrous.....that one I'm too late! kekekekkeke
ReplyDeleteThis is my first visit here. - It may not be all that exciting, but pictures of
ReplyDeletemechanical objects is a possibility. Recently I posted a photo of some drink
dispensers. Also that day posted a through-my-bedroom-window photo.
Unfortunately I posted it large, too large for proper viewing in the archives
unless the screen is widened. My rather plain AOL journal is Sprintedon Hollow
but its URL does not include the journal's name. Thank you: Brian
How about our pets... or just animals in general, i guess. You may already have that suggestion from someone, because it's so common. Ok, how about COFFEE SHOPS!!! Little independent coffee shops or gas stations... old style.
ReplyDeleteJoann
I love animals so, something to do with pets would be great ! -Missy http://journals.aol.com/ma24179/MISSYZSTUFF
ReplyDeleteI think using topics from Psalms is a good idea. There is ever emotion in the world, and they are so expressive and aplicable! Also, music could be a theme. County. Rock. Christian.
ReplyDeleteAlso names. I know that sounds weird....but, like... chose a common name. Everyone knows a John. Or a Mark. Or a Jenny. Or even Sparky or Dick and Jane.
Have fun!! Thanks for all the hard work in hosting this Krissy!
God bless-
Amanda
