This is merely a test. There is no need to respond to this, fellow journalers. Malika of Magic Smoke has asked me to test font style and size in my journal, after clearing my footprints and cache, to see if the font would now display correctly (as my fonts have not been displaying correctly for the past couple of weeks). I will now hit save and see what happens. This entry will be deleted shortly. On the other hand, if it does not turn out looking like comic sans 14, perhaps I will leave it in to show Malika. Thanks Malika for helping me, you do a very hard job working for us.

ReplyDeleteIt doesn't look like comic sans to me Krissi. The reply I got to knowone getting my alerts yesterday was :- I hit save as the Alert server was changing over.So I do agree Malika tried, but what about all the rest of the times alerts have been down I have asked today.Any day any time and any of week ? I had to send out multiple e. mails yesterday to let people know and I hate to do that.I spent ages on tha posting. So I don't reckon your font is right yet Krissi, sorry to have to say.I am also dreading the new release they have in mind next week.Good grief what will happen then.? I have nothing but problems when they do this along with many more in J/Land.I hope the day goes a little better for you.Take Care God Bless Kath

I'm responding anyway. Hey how are you. It's been a long time. I hope John is doing well. I haven't read journals that often after my computer went down. It's now fixed though.
ReplyDeleteme too. Responding anyway. I have to same problem off and on. I just go with the flow. It's one of the ways I slow down ... LOL!!!
ReplyDeleteI use comic sans and that does not look like comic sans to me Krissy. Hope u and John are well. Take care, god bless.
ReplyDeleteNope, that's not Comic Sans, Krissy.
ReplyDeleteAll I can say, it is so much easier for me to read. Dawn
ReplyDeleteThis font is Verdana. I can never get what font I want in my journal if I write an entry. I write my entries in an email with the font I want then copy and paste it to my entry in case I lose it.
ReplyDeleteNope, don't think it's working.
ReplyDeleteMissie
To those of you who are leaving comments that I should first write my entries in an email or document, and then copy and paste into my journal, I have tried this many times, to no avail. It does not work, my font style and size still won't show up Comic Sans size 14 when I post my entry. But thanks for the advice :) Love you all,
ReplyDeleteKrissy :)
Sometimes IF I write in e-mail first it works! I mean when I go back to my J I see the font I picked! BUT sometimes it doesn't work!
ReplyDeleteI will post my next post in a curlz mt and see if it works!
I always use comic sans 14! It appears to be that font when I read it!
~~Make it a Great day~~

Hi Krissy,
ReplyDeleteSo I fixed the font for you....
Here is what I did : I took the entire text, highlighted it and then selected from the "Font" list "Comic Sans". I did not change the size. You can change the size by once again selecting the entire text (highlighting it) and choosing the size from the "Size" list.
Try another entry and I will take a look at it :-)
Thanks,
Malika
I do mine in mail but after I paste it in the entry I still have to highlight it all select font, size, and color. Seems to work fine for me.. sorry you're having so much trouble.
